What is the IVR system?

IVR stands for Interactive Voice Response System, a new telephone payment system implemented for NPWA customers.

How can I access the IVR payment system?

I made a mistake, can I delete my payment?

No. Please be certain that you intend to make a payment before doing so and that the amount entered is correct.

Is there a payment limit?

The system accepts payments up to $1,000.00 for credit card and there is no transaction cap for E-check payments.

What types of payments are taken?

Payments by E-check, Discover, Amex, VISA and MasterCard, Google and Apple Pay, and Venmo and PayPal.

Changes effective January 1, 2023:

NPWA customers will be allowed two payments per invoice if paying with a Credit or Debit Card, Google or Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.  These forms of payment will charge a service fee of $1.00 and there will be a maximum payment amount of $1,000.

There is no service fee OR transaction cap for paying by Check, ACH, or E-Check.
